I offer a free 20 minute consultation with either prospective therapy clients or general consultation clients to understand what it is you are looking for.

For therapy clients, this is the time for you to determine whether or not I am the right fit for you. Therapy is inherently personal, and you are in control of this next step. I encourage you to ask me questions!

For general consultations, this is the time for you to lay the groundwork for the goals you are hoping to accomplish through consultation, whether or not this would be an ongoing arrangement or a one time educational session.

I offer a standard 52 minute session at $150, however I also offer a sliding scale and super bills. We will work together to determine what is affordable and sustainable for you. My sliding scale can start as low as $50, however if you want to be able to submit superbills for out of network benefits, it will be required to pay the whole $150 for a session.

I offer 52 minute consultation sessions for clinicians and programs looking for clarity and resources on Trauma Informed Care, and supporting clients and staff on improving literacy around patterns of power and control, identifying coercive control, and developing intervention and safety plans for staff and clients.
